What is a short let?
A short let is a furnished property which can be let from a couple of days to a few months.
You can short let any type of property from a studio to a ten bedroom house.
Everything included
Bring your suitcase and we'll provide the rest!
All our short let properties are furnished to a high standard with appliances and household items such as towels, linen, crockery and electrical goods all supplied. All you need to purchase are your consumables.
Who uses short lets?
A significant number of large companies use short lets as a more cost effective and convenient solution to hotels. Frequent users of short lets include scientists and engineers visiting the Malvern Science Park, actors and performers from the Malvern Theatre, contractors working on projects in the area, and visitors taking a short holiday in the area.
We also provide short lets for media companies making advertisements or films and people who want to move out temporarily while their new kitchen is being fitted, or who just want a break from the builders.
Show Ground exhibitors and visitors are also valued frequent users.
What does it mean for guests?
Freedom – short-let accommodation is like a second home. You are not confined to one room, you don’t have to share your breakfast with strangers, and you won’t be disturbed by noisy guests.
Flexibility - you generally have the option to extend your tenancy on a weekly or monthly basis at your owner's discretion.
Home comforts - the privacy of your own front door, plenty of space and a relaxing environment where you can come and go as you please.
How much does it cost?
This will depend on the property, how many people are sharing it, its location, and what time of the year it is. Prices will be talked through with you individually when we know your exact requirements.
