Established in Malvern in 1966, Philip Laney & Jolly have developed into one of Worcestershire's leading estate agents, property managers and lettings agents. We are privately owned and independently run.
The first Philip Laney & Jolly Worcester office was opened on 1 February 1969. We are very proud of our prestigious new office, which is located on the corner of College Street, near the Cathedral. As well as estate agency sales staff, we also have block management and lettings staff on the premises.

Classic Award Winning website
To mark the launch of our new Worcester Office we commissioned a new "contemporary" website from the Guild of Professional Estate Agents.
The new site is much more efficient as it uploads automatically from our databases overnight, and it supports the latest property features such as videoettes, interactive floorplans, street views etc
But we found that some of our clients loved the simplicity of our old "classic" site, so we decided that www.philiplaneyjolly.co.uk would run alongside the new "contemporary" one.
Philip Laney & Jolly won the National Homes Network marketing prize for the best property website back in 2001. Judging, by one of the country's then leading property portals, was based on eight criteria ranging from the look and feel of the site to how many clicks it takes to get to the properties and how quickly the site loads.

Several features have been added since, including a News section.
The web site was built locally by Just Systems, who are located at the Malvern Hills Science Park. Phil Stokes of Just Systems has also been involved in the production of our Holiday Lets website which can be visited at www.greatmalvernholidays.co.uk
Having two complimentary websites will give our clients the widest possible coverage for their properties, which will then be seen on Rightmove, philiplaneyjolly.co.uk and the new PLandJ.co.uk among others
